Excellent service as usual, despite the Christmas closure. Parts ordered, received two weeks later, exactly as expected, and well packaged with marine motors goodies.

I was having trouble ordering a new Yanmar 2YM15 engine, I contacted Luna Marine directly by phone and spoke to a most helpful assistant, DJ. Although it was approx 4.30pm, he checked that it was in stock, called me back to confirm and organise delivery. It arrived at my home at 9.30am the next morning, delivered free!!!! I was genuinely blown away with the service I received and will be using Luna Marines & DJ for any marine purchases in the future. Well done DJ, thanks again.

For starters a real good website, easy navigation. Although my items were large enough, I was dealt with top class communication Customer service, Theses guys just get on with the job, great to see, saved on my favourites bar.

I purchased a Honwave T35AE along with a Suzuki DF20 and trailer. Goods arrived just when expected and a minor problem was rectified immediately when I hadn't requested a resolution. Service has been above and beyond that expected and I wouldn't hesitate on buying from them.

I’m in the UK and Selva Marine parts are not easy to come by, especially for a 22year old motor. Twice now my new friends in Holland have provided me with parts I couldn’t obtain anywhere else, they were delivered here to me in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. ottimo sito prezzi nella media.. e preparazione e spedizione super veloce .... unica pecca le consegna da parte di GLS che sono sempre in ritardo.. come sempre arriva il messaggio da GLS che avvisa che non può rispettare le tempistiche.... e si prende 2/3 GG in più.. ... peccato perché questo vanifica gli sforzi da parte di enginemarine di consegnare nei tempi previsti.. quindi ordinate con qualche giorno di anticipo.

Avevo bisogno di un ricambio per la "pompa" della benzina del mio Mercury 25HP 2 tempi. Il mio rimessaggio mi informa della difficoltà nel reperire il kit ma io ho l'arma segreta: Engine Marine Part !!! Sul canale Whatsapp invio la foto della matricola del motore accompagnata dalla foto del particolare incriminato. Non passano nemmeno cinque minuti che da EMP ricevo risposta al mio messaggio con tanto di "link" alla pagina web per l'acquisto. Per me EMP è sempre il numero 1 !!! Grazie EMP !!!

Avevo già fatto degli acquisti da Engine Marine Part all'inizio dell'anno per fare il tagliando del mio vecchissimo Yamaha F50 e già ero rimasto soddisfatto della qualità e del prezzo. La scorsa settimana brutta sorpresa pompa benzina da sostituire... emergenza!!! Pensavo di poterla rigenerare con i soliti tre pezzi ma costavano di più e sarebbero arrivati troppo tardi. Invece con Engine Marine Part prezzo corretto, ordinato il 26/10 consegnato il 29/10 quindi addirittura con il weekend di mezzo! Ottima qualità, il motore gira come un orologio! Se devo proprio trovare un piccolissimo difetto è il pagamento che si avvale, oltre che del bonifico, solo del circuito Satispay e non anche di PayPal, per un pagamento immediatamente visibile. Poco male, anche con il bonifico sono stati velocissimi! Grazie a tutte/i! Alla prossima!

I was very grateful to get immediate response from SAL in order to check my engine at short notice as we were on holiday and wanted to know the engine would be ok to cross to Dartmouth. I can highly recommend SAL for their attention to detail,reassurance, and extremely polite engineer . Jake attended the boat and was able to check the engine with a diagnostic and recommended a solution to the problem, he was very reassuring and wasted no time in correcting the problem, he was very polite and even did a video of his work and recommendations for the future.
